This modern, bright complex set within spacious grounds offers a friendly, relaxing atmosphere with a covered and heated pool for the winter months, childrens playground and evening entertainment as well as an outside (lake style) swimming pool and pool bar for the summer. Accommodation is provided in one bedroom apartments (sleeping upto 4 people) and two bedroom apartments (sleeping upto 6 people). All apartments are air-conditioned with balcony or terrace, satellite TV and full bathroom with hair dryer. The American style kitchenettes are well equipped with 4 cooking hobs, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and toaster. PLEASE NOTE: The Terralta will not accept bookings with more than three rooms or group bookings without first checking with the reservations department.

Location
Located in the Poniente area on a slight incline, just 1km from the beach and 1.2km from the resort centre. The popular Old Town of Benidorm is 1.4km away where there are plenty of local shops, cafes, bars, pubs & restaurants to choose from.

Facilities include a large free form pool with sunbeds, separate children's pool, an enclosed heated pool (heated in the winter season only), bar serving snacks, pool bar (during summer season only), fitness room, steam bath, video games, pool table, mini market and a coin operated launderette. The 24 hour reception service offers currency exchange, excursion services, luggage room and late check out shower facilities. 160 apartments on 3 floors with 5 lifts. Guests staying at this property during Summer 2008 are entitled to our “free theme park tickets for kids” offer. For each full paying adult, one child is entitled to a free entrance at TERRA MITICA (a saving of €25.50 per child on the normal entrance price). Children up to 10 years of age (inclusive) are included. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The Terra Mitica Park is open every day from 12th June to 14th Sept. and normally 4 days per week (Thurs – Sun) other periods from 13th March to 2nd November (full details can be found on their website www.terramiticapark.com Terra Mitica reserve the right to change opening days & hours without notice).

When the stars come out at night there is a varied family entertainment programme provided by the in-house entertainment team with two visiting acts per week.

For each free child ticket a full fare adult ticket must be purchased (at the same time).
