Property Summary
This is a superb new residential developement with apartments and villas, which makes a great holiday base for families. On site there are restaurants, shops, bars, a supermarket and pool (for both adults and children). A welcome pack is provided on arrival to get you started. Both apartments and villas are furnished to the highest standards and have air conditioning, washing machine (with iron and ironing board), TVs and DVDs as standard. The villas also benefit from power showers and their own sun terrace. A hire car is recommended to appreciate the area (beaches, water parks for the kids, golf courses, theme parks at Terramitica, local markets, go karts, and local culture at Elche and many other sites). We have classified these 4 sun. Important Guests are requested to provide flight details at the time of booking so they can be met at the airport on arrival to collect keys and directions. The contact number in resort will be on your booking confirmation.There is a refundable breakage deposit of £100 payable on arrival (credit card or cash)and for pax arriving (arrival airport) between 21.00 and 09.00 there is a €25 charge also payable on arrival
