Property Summary
The complex comprises 25 terraced houses, 44 of which are apartments. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a reception desk, which is only open at certain times of the day. The property has reception, however this service is not 24 hours. The reception times will be advised on the voucher at the time of the reservation. If clients arrive later than 20.30 hrs, the property must be advised and a local charge of 20.00 Eur will be charged upon arrival. The 17 first floor apartments with one bedroom feature a king-sized bed or 2 separate beds, a bathroom, a kitchen with fridge, a lounge and a couch as well as 2 terraces, one of which offers views out over the street, the other out over the pool and the rest of the apartment complex. There is no direct access to the swimming pool from the apartment. The 27 second floor apartments have two bedrooms, an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a washing machine, a hire safe, air conditioning and central heating.
