Really well furnished two bed one bath apartment. Brand new. All the mod cons in the lounge including sofas, TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses etc and washing machine. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with twin beds and a double bed. Air conditioning units are available on request and subject to availability (A local charge is applicable). Location
The Marbella Golf development is a five minute walk from shops bars and restaurants. They are close enough but certainly not audible. There is a communal swimming pool for residents that has a child's area. Close by is Las Ramblas on the edge of VillaMartin. Five minutes drive away are three Championship courses for the golfer. Don’t overlook a round at the famous La Manga Club which is only a 25 minute drive away. Five minutes away is VillaMartin which has bars and restaurants for most tastes and budgets. The nearest beach is at La Zenia. This is an ideal beach for children with sandy, gently sloping seashore. The nearest town is Torrevieja which has a lively promenade at night and as many shops as you could want!

Less than 15 minutes drive away: Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a theme park, a restaurant, a food shop. Less than 45 minutes drive away: Within easy reach of the apartment you will find flying, mountain biking. Extra information: For golfers Las Ramblas is a five minute drive and offers three Championship courses A day at the Water Park at Torrevieja is always a hit!
