Property Summary
Situated near Quesada, a small town near to Torrevieja, these villas make a great base for a family holiday or for any golf fans. All the villas are decorated and furnished to the highest standards and include TV with DVD, washing machines and patio area. The complex is centred around a pool area and gardens (separate pool for the children)where you can relax and enjoy the sun. For the more adventurous, there are water parks, zoo, theme parks, golf courses, beaches (The blue flag beach at la Zenia is a 10 minute drive), history and cultue and the resort of Torrevieja is a ten minute drive. The complex is not isolated but we would recommend car hire. Available close to the house or within easy reach are water sports, sailing (the mar menor is a great place to learn), walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis and plenty of local markets and shopping. Please note these are non smoking villas. Important Guests are requested to provide flight details at the time of booking so they can be met at the airport on arrival to collect keys and directions. The contact number in resort will be on your booking confirmation.There is a refundable breakage deposit of £100 payable on arrival (credit card or cash)and for pax arriving (arrival airport) between 21.00 and 09.00 there is a €25 charge also payable on arrival
