Property Summary
The L'Ambience Resort is an excellent choice for couples looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, this hotel is intimate, stylish and very well run. This white stucco villa-style hotel with shuttered windows and balconies set in a quiet historic area two kilometres from Bodrum centre, offers an ideal base to explore historic sites and the lively centres of Bodrum and Gumbet. The 162 guestrooms are decorated in soft colours with oak furniture and open onto balconies with views of the pool or gardens. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable television, safes, hair dryers, telephone and fridge. The 400-square-metre pool is surrounded by terraces and flower gardens where guests can laze in hammocks, soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoying views of Myndos Gate. Inside, there is a fitness centre and sauna, as well as a reading and games room for further relaxation. Mediterranean and regional dishes are served in the Defne Restaurant, which extends onto the poolside terrace during the summer months. Guests can visit a wealth of sights within two kilometres of the hotel, including St Peter's Castle, the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, the Ruins of Halicarnassus Mausoleum, and the Amphitheatre. *** In our opinion this property is most suited to adults therefore we do not accept bookings for children under the age of 16 *** L'Ambiance Resort is offically categorised as a 4* hotel, however in our opinion we feel that this property deserves a 5 Sun rating.

Location
The hotel is located 35 kilometres from Bodrum-Milas Airport, around 40 minutes by car. Guests of the L'Ambiance Resort have free access to the Xuma Exclusive Beach Club, located at Yalikavak the best sea side resort in Bodrum. Pebble beach, surrounded by olive and tangerine trees. Tennis court, vollerball, basketball, wall climbing, water trambolin are available free of charge. Windsurfing, waterskiing, jetskiing, pedalos and canoeing are available at a charge. There are daily free transfers to the beach club for guests along with parasols, sunbeds, hammocks and pillows.
